WHAT IS THE HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEM?
Home Automation System is a system that allows you to be able to preset, open, or close the lights, curtains, air-conditioners through an app on your smartphones or tablets. You have the option to control all the electronics normally, but this system allows you more flexibility and customization. We are one of the first apartments in Bangkok to be fitted with this new technology.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately, as the building is still new we have decided not to allow any pets in order to maintain the condition of the units and to avoid any noise disturbances for other tenants.
CAN I RENT FOR LESS THAN A YEAR? / WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF STAY?
We ask for a minimum one year contract. However, if you would like to stay between 6-12 months, we will consider it on a case-by-case basis. Under 6 months, we do not accept.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FURNITURE?
Large furniture is not permitted as we do not have space to store the current furniture in the unit. So if you would like to bring your own bed, it would not be possible. However, small furniture, like a chair, should not be a problem.
WHAT KIND OF INTERNET DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide Fibre Optic Internet Connection from 3BB Broadband and TOT. Both connections are combined together in case one connection fails, there is still another connection as backup. There is a WIFI router in every unit as well as LAN line outlets in the living room and bedrooms.
CAN I USE MY OWN INTERNET?
We do not permit signing up for individual internet connections because of the additional wiring involved from outside to inside and within the building.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR CABLE TV OR IP TV?
For English cable TV, you can sign up for True Visions as we already have a True Visions cable dish set up on the roof. As for other cable TV providers it will depend on the set up and wiring involved.
For Japanese TV, you can sign up with BBinfo or YumeTV Asia to stream Japanese channels over the internet.
For IP TV packages, you are welcome to sign up for any package as long as it is legal and payments are made between you and the provider.
Before signing up for any packages, please consult with the management.
WHERE CAN THE TUK-TUK DROP ME OFF/PICK ME UP?
The Tuk-Tuk does drops off and pick ups at:
– BTS Skytrain – Phrom Phong Station
– MRT Subway – Queen Sirikit Station
– Front of Sukhumvit Soi 26
– K-Village
– Big C Supermarket
– A-Square
– Any location in Sukhumvit 26
WHAT TIME IS THE TUK-TUK SERVICE?
The Tuk-Tuk service is available daily from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm.
HOW MUCH FOR WATER AND ELECTRICITY?
The rate for water is:
Units 1A, 1B, and 2A – 300 Baht per month (fixed rate).
Units 2B and 3A – 500 Baht per month (fixed rate).
The rate for electricity is:
7 Baht per unit of electricity per month.
CAN I RESERVE THE ROOFTOP FOR A PARTY?
Yes, the rooftop lounge area can be reserved by tenants to throw a party or event.
HOW MANY CAR PARK SPOTS ARE PROVIDED?
We generally provide one parking spot per unit. However, as indoor parking space is limited, we will discuss with new tenants on a case-by-case basis.
